How do I know if my pocket watch can be repaired?
We assess each piece individually before committing to any work. Bring it in or send us a description — we will tell you honestly what the movement looks like and what realistic outcomes exist. We never overstate what can be done.
How long does a full heritage service take?
A full heritage service typically takes two to four weeks, depending on the condition of the movement and whether any parts need sourcing. We give you an estimate at the start and keep you updated if anything changes.
Do you work on all brands and ages of watches?
We work primarily on mechanical and vintage watches. Some modern electronic or smartwatch repairs fall outside our scope — we will tell you this clearly at enquiry rather than taking on work we cannot do well.
Can I visit the workshop to discuss my watch in person?
Yes — we welcome visits. We are on Mun Muang Road in Si Phum, Chiang Mai. Please drop us a message or call ahead so we can set aside enough time to talk through what you have brought.
What does the strap replacement service include?
We fit a quality leather or fabric strap of the correct lug width, with a matching buckle. We show you the options available and confirm before fitting anything. The price covers the strap, buckle, and fitting — there are no extras added without your agreement.
How are service costs structured?
Pocket Watch Care starts at ฿3,900, Strap and Buckle Replacement at ฿4,600, and Full Heritage Service at ฿7,700. We confirm the exact cost before beginning any work — if anything changes as we proceed, we contact you first.
